Neither helps the people who actually have to make decisions. The engineer choosing a SIM architecture for a 50,000-unit rollout. This site exists because none of that content was written for them.


Who writes this

I'm David. I spent several years at Telit Cinterion, one of the largest IoT module and SIM vendors in the world, working on SIM, eSIM, modules, and large-scale global deployments. Now I work in IoT connectivity in Europe, focused on helping companies connect, run, and scale devices in the field.

I have been in the technical calls. The failed POCs. The coverage disputes. The contract negotiations where nobody asked the right questions until it was too late.

I have seen what breaks, why it breaks, and what a solid deployment looks like versus one that quietly fails 18 months after everyone who built it has moved on.

That experience is what this site is built on.
